Citroen Saxo: The History of the Model

Citroen Saxo is one of the smallest models in the concern's model range. The new model was introduced to replace compact AX in 1996. Good configuration, great steerability, modern elegant design, and comfortable saloon made Saxo popular.

In 1999 the automobile was restyled. Its front optics was seriously changed. The automobile was provided with a new front bumper that had a massive concern emblem on it, it was a duplex chevron. The automobile saloon was only slightly restyled that is, there were introduced some extra instruments, a more comfortable front seat backrest, and bigger headrests.

In 2003 new generation automobile Citroen C2 was introduced to replace Saxo.
